Evaluation Points:
SAP is monitored after the completion of each scheduled ten week term of training known as evaluation points. To be making satisfactory academic progress and complete the program within the maximum time frame, a student must have completed/earned the specified credit hours and maintained the CGPA standard at each evaluation point as outlined in the charts below:

* If a student fails to earn the credits and grade point average required to meet the graduation requirements for this program by this final evaluation point, he/she will be allowed to attend only one additional term of training to achieve the standards. A student that fails to meet the standards by the end of the next term will be academically dismissed for being unable to complete the program within the maximum time frame (24 credits attempted) and will not be allowed to graduate.
