Jeff Holben has been employed with Honeywell Automation and Control Solutions Division since January 2007. As the Residential Contractor Development Specialist, his responsibilities include marketing and selling the Honeywell residential HVAC line of products to contractors in his territory, which covers parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Additional responsibilities include training and application aid for distributors and contactors. Past experience includes Operations Manager for Waibel Heating Company, where he directed all operations including: hiring and firing of company personnel; evaluating, modifying & enforcing company policy; sales and estimating of residential and light commercial HVAC. He developed a “Builder Upgrade Program” including marketing materials, pricing and showroom. He is well versed in Wrightsoft for heat gain loss and duct design. Jeff also was self-employed as an instructor and was hired by American Electric Power to perform energy analysis training for HVAC contractors. He conducted seminars for realtor’s continuing education covering HVAC basics. Jeff is a graduate of Mount Union College, where he earned a B.A. in Management and Marketing.
