The school maintains a Student Services Department to assist students in fulfilling their educational goals. Skill Refresher Privileges: Technology and methods change often. As an American School of Technology graduate in good standing, we offer you the ability to return to the classroom/labs at any time and brush up on your professional skills as needed, at no additional cost. Job Placement Assistance: The primary purpose of the Job Placement Assistance Department is to assist American School of Technology graduates in obtaining employment in their areas of specialization. Satisfactory completion of program course work and development of personal qualities by the student are the first steps in the employment process. The Job Placement Assistance Department will conduct interviews with students and help determine what is best for you upon graduation. The Placement Assistance Department will also work with each student prior to graduation to determine areas of employment interest and to explore placement options. Students are then notified of appropriate opportunities as they arise. Job placement assistance is available to every American School of Technology graduate in good standing. Although it is impossible and prohibited by certain regulations to guarantee set wages or a job to each graduate, the Placement Assistance Department works diligently to help with resumes, provide job leads, and send graduates on appropriate interviews.
